Does the job
The product description says this scarf perfectly matches the tie - I bought both and they were slightly different maroon colours. It's made of a silk material so will not keep you warm and the frayed ends, as you can see in the image, are not coloured on the flip side.. It is cheaper than other scarves so if you just want to accessories your Harry Potter robe it will do the job. If you're looking for better quality - and warmth - better to purchase a more expensive one.
